Growing up in Mississippi, Erin Kice could usually be found daydreaming, drawing and painting, or playing in the woods—still her favorite activities today. After earning degrees in Journalism and Photography from the University of Southern Mississippi, she relocated to Nashville nearly 20 years ago. She began her career directing educational programs and fundraising events in the nonprofit sector before shifting her focus back to photography. She co-founded the Nashville Community Darkroom in 2013 and continues to work as a photography instructor, freelancer, and fine art printmaker. Erin lives in East Nashville with her husband and two children—one in public school and the other part of the vibrant homeschool community at WEB. She is excited to channel her creative energy into her new role as Event Coordinator at WEB.
